Sally’s Paddock was first released in 1979 and is Neill Robb’s crown jewel. A lovely deep garnet colour, with aromas of violets, morello cherries, cloves and a hint of blackberries. Intense and delightful whilst soft, balanced, silky and smooth on the palate showing mouth filling Autumn berry flavours. Married with subtle new American and Nevers Oak, the Sally’s Paddock makes a complete and delicious wine. The Sally’s Paddock name has earned an international reputation as a great wine for immediate consumption or for those with the patience to cellar for 10 plus years.
