The first single malt whisky from the new Japanese distillery Kanosuke.
Kanosuke was founded in 2017 by Komasa Jozo, a major shochu producer in the Kagoshima Prefecture. After releasing spirit releases in the
progress report series, it was released in 2021. Made from whisky that was distilled in 2017 and 2018.
